Terms and Conditions

An Arabic-first platform for professional certification prep: an explained question bank, mock exams, a study plan, and a readiness score.

Passuit is not affiliated with, and is not endorsed by, any certification-issuing body — not CompTIA, not PMI, not Amazon Web Services, nor any other. Certification names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to indicate the subject of study.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential.
• The account is personal — sharing it or selling access to it is a violation that requires suspending it.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

The platform's questions and explanations are original educational content we own. You may use it for your personal study; you may not copy, publish, resell it, or use it to build a competing product.

We do not reproduce real exam questions. Carrying questions over from an actual exam violates the issuing body's rights and the non-disclosure agreement every test-taker signs, and we do not accept it in our content or in anything imported into the platform.

The platform is a preparation tool, not a guarantee of success. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, that our questions match the real exam, or that every explanation is free of error. The only official source for any certification's objectives is the body that issues it.

We make a reasonable effort to correct reported errors, and we welcome you writing to us about them.

The Full Exam is an optional paid service — the rest of the platform (lessons, daily study, the short mock exam) is always free. Every plan's details (price, duration, number of attempts) are shown clearly on the pricing page before payment, and nothing is charged without your explicit agreement to those details. Payments are processed through a licensed payment provider; we do not store your card details on our servers.

You may not:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or parts of the platform you are not authorized to use.
• Automatically scrape content, or load the platform with requests that disrupt it.
• Upload or share content that violates the law or infringes on others' rights.

We may suspend an account that violates these terms. If a suspension was our mistake, we reverse it. You may leave the platform and request deletion of your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

The platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect damage resulting from its use, including not passing an exam or a missed opportunity. This does not limit any liability the law does not allow us to exclude.

What we collect, where it is stored, and how to request its deletion are all described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes, and continuing to use the platform afterward means you accept them.
